Carlee A. Sutera is an associate at Avelino Law, LLP in the Trusts and Estates practice group. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, Carlee received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School.

During law school, Carlee served as an Articles Editor for the Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal, a Student Associate for the Education and Health Law Clinic, and was a recipient of the Sera Ramcharitar Memorial Award for excellence in work on behalf of the underprivileged, particularly women, children, and families. 

Following law school, Carlee served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christine M. Vanek, J.S.C. in Hudson County Superior Court Civil Division.

Carlee is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and is a member of the NJ State Bar Association.
