Olivia C. Sanchez is an associate at Avelino Law, LLP in the Trust and Estates practice group, where she focuses her practice on estate planning and administration.

Olivia graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Resource Management. Following TCNJ, Olivia attended Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ as a part-time evening student while working full-time in the corporate offices of organizations including Walmart and Mattel, inc.

While earning her J.D. at Rutgers, Olivia served as an Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Record, a Member of the Minority Student Program, and a Student Associate for the Entrepreneurship Clinic. With a passion for public interest, Olivia also volunteered with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and the Honorable Morris Stern Bankruptcy Assistance Project.

Following law school, Olivia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nina C. Remson, J.S.C. in Bergen County Superior Court. During her term, Olivia was assigned to both the Family and Criminal Divisions. Olivia’s wide array of experience and diverse skillset allows her to create meaningful connections with her clients and reach creative solutions that best suit their needs.  

Olivia is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. She is a member of the NJ State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the Summit Elks Lodge 1246.
