Alison L. Holtzman is counsel at Avelino Law, LLP in the Trusts and Estates practice group, where she focuses her practice on estate planning and administration.

Prior to joining Avelino, Alison worked as counsel at a prestigious law firm in NYC, where she represented financial institutions and developers on project finance and development transactions, particularly in the renewable energy and infrastructure space. Alison also has a strong commitment to pro bono work and has represented clients seeking asylum in the United States and small non-profit organizations in corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements and drafting organizational documents.

Alison received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, Order of the Coif, magna cum laude and her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, magna cum laude.
