Max Wianecki is a Law Clerk at Avelino Law, LLP. He is a graduate of Drexel University, where he participated in the Co-Op program and gained exposure to the field of criminal law. Max went on to earn his J.D., cum laude, from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. During law school, Max gained experience in a range of civil practice areas and developed further exposure to Wills, Trusts, and Estates work through the Avelino Law summer associate program. He also participated in the Corporate Externship Program, supporting in-house counsel with research, drafting, and compliance-related projects. Drawing on a global background, Max brings a broad and informed perspective to client relationships and legal problem-solving.
