Molly E. Depew is an associate at Avelino Law, LLP in the Trusts & Estates and Litigation practice groups. She has extensive experience in drafting all estate planning documents including wills, various trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Molly’s practice also includes the administration of complex estates and trusts, handling will contests and accounting disputes, and the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries throughout the estate administration process. 

Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Rhetoric at Binghamton University. After graduation, she went on to work as a paralegal at a boutique Trusts & Estates and Elder Law firm in Brooklyn, New York. It was there she developed her passion for Trusts & Estates. Molly then went on to attend law school at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While a student, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Peter J. Kelly, J.S.C. in the Surrogate’s Court of Queens County. She also served as President of the Trusts & Estates Law Society and a member of the executive board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.

Following law school, Molly focused her practice on Estate Litigation and Article 81 Guardianship matters. From there, she expanded her practice to cover all areas of Trusts & Estates.

Molly is admitted to practice in New York.
