Ben represents businesses and homeowners before local planning and zoning boards to obtain site plan, subdivision, variance, and other land use approvals. He also assists clients with the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. In this role, Ben provides logical solutions to the challenges faced by our clients in all facets of real estate and land use matters seamlessly, efficiently and cost-effectively. He also has experience in corporate transactions as well as estates and trusts matters.
Ben gives back as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Morris County Bar Association and Foundation and serves as the committee chairperson for the Municipal Law Committee and the Memorial Service Committee. Ben has also served as a pro bono attorney for several years with the NJBWLAP, where he represents victims of domestic abuse seeking final restraining orders.
Prior to joining Avelino Law, Ben worked as an associate in the real estate department of a midsize New Jersey firm.
